I.O.P
Izinto On Productions, known simply as I.O.P is a South African musical brothers Duo with Siyabonga Magagula (DJ Pro S) and Sphiwe Given Magagula (Producer Evolution) from Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng. Their blend of deep-rooted South African house with globally inspired R&B soul, creates music where rhythm meets resonance and the street meets the spirit. The name "Izinto On" translates to "Everything is on"—a philosophy that believes that everything is aligned and ready.

DAZZ-B MUSIQ
This philosophy is shared and drives by both I.O.P and multi talented producer Dazz-B MusiQ (Obakeng Kekana) who joined the brothers in this Tribute to Mam Busi Mhlongo. Obakeng already dropped a couple of Busi remixes on M2KR like "Thin'Izizwe - Shifting Down a Gear" and joined some great South African DJ names like Culoe Da Song with his WEBABA remix

Ouote by I.O.P
"The Busi Mhlongo Remix project - we were motivated by how she carried herself and the culture, how she stayed true to the game. Not only was her voice so powerful, but the messages she delivered too. We felt like we were representing the culture and living up to Mam Busi's legacy when we did these remixes."

BUSI MHLONGO
A singularly gifted Inanda-born singer named Victoria Busisiswe Mhlongo forcefully shifted the status quo in 1997 with her late-career opus, Urbanzulu; the title being a reference to her fluid and urbane artistic personae.

Gifted with a keenly emotive vocal range, there was an authority to her craft befitting someone who had honed it over decades — much of those years spent in artistic exile in Portugal, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States and the United Kingdom. Mhlongo's exile life kept her on the move, singing in night clubs, cabaret, theatre, and performing with the likes of Afro-funk band Osibisa and recording as lead singer with Julian Bahula's Jabula. As the "world music" genre gained European traction in the 80s, Mhlongo's popularity grew. Based then in the Netherlands, she performed with the likes of Salif Keita, Manu Dibango and Brice Wassy, among others.
