Bacardi master Thapelo Nicolas Kelepa, professionally known as Nichole RSA, is a South African recording artist, singer-songwriter and producer from Soshanguve, Pretoria, working within the Amapiano and Bacardi music scenes.

Originating as a distinctive underground sound from Soshanguve, the Bacardi genre had, by 2026, grown rapidly in popularity, gradually spreading beyond South Africa to the European club scene and the US underground, driven by a new generation of South African DJs and producers.

Performing under the name Nichole RSA, he has built a dedicated following through his music releases and strong digital presence. He has been an active performer and producer across South Africa, collaborating with prominent artists and producers including DJ Maphorisa, DJ Dadaman and Mr Pilato. His catalogue includes releases such as Spanish Tech (2026), Ngimtholile (2026), Lahl'umlenze EP (2026), and Family Matters (2026). He is also credited as a producer on the 2025 hit Ditshele.

Following a weekend workshop in Durban with Dazz-B MusiQ, the M2KR label and Robert Trunz, executive producer of Busi Mhlongo's Urbanzulu album, Nichole chose to remix Busi Mhlongo's original composition Zithin' Izizwe ("What Are People Saying About Us?").

The song carries a rich history. Its first major remix dates back to Black Coffee's debut album, Black Coffee, which featured the track Izizwe, introducing Busi Mhlongo's powerful composition to a new generation of listeners.
